This place isn’t one of those places where once you get the storage unit you can’t get ahold of anyone! I needed another unit and fast. I text Zach and told him I needed it now and he text me the link and I was done literally in minutes. Such amazing service. Also, that weekend we had two ice storms and when I got to the units, there was no ice in the parking lot anywhere it was great. Everything was plowed. This is a great place.
Zach is incredibly helpful at breaking down this process for the students and parents looking for storage from Oberlin College. He is quick to respond. Up front on cost. Which is reasonable and competitive. Close to the college. Storage units are big enough for students to share. We will be booking at Oberlin Self Storage again!
I highly recommend this storage facility it’s clean and the units are very spacious and the prices are very reasonable! What I like the best is the manager his name is Zach he is so helpful and he doesn’t mind how many times you call him he always returns your calls he really cares!

I was very pleased with the whole experience of working with Zach at Oberlin Self Storage. He was timely and professional in his replies and made everything super easy even sending a video of how to unlatch the door when I couldn’t figure it out myself. The facilities are clean with easy access. The location is convenient and the whole process was super smooth. This is our first year at Oberlin College and we will continue using Oberlin Self Storage for the time we are there.
