I have had storage units with Ohio Self Storage off and on as needed since 2015. They are simply the greatest most efficient team ever to deal with. Always promptly respond. Fairly priced at a great open location. I fee safe there.

We just moved to the area, and we weren't sure where to rent a storage unit that would be close, dry, safe and secure for our belongings. The process of obtaining a storage unit was easy and profession. Beth, the office manager, had us set up with a rental in one day and was a delight to work with. Zach, the property manager, contacted us later that day to ensure we had everything we needed for our move into the unit and to contact him if we had any issues. The facility is clean and well taken care of and loved the fact that the unit we rented had access from both sides (larger unit). We were able to fit all of items we needed to store into the unit, with room to spare for more if we need. The secured units with the gated entrance is a great piece of mind knowing our items will be safe. Zach follows up to make sure everything is going good and that there aren't any issues.
