Zak with Ohio Self Storage -Norwalk was very responsive and extremely helpful. Upon initial visit the facility is super clean and well maintained. Easy to navigate and very secure.

We were in a pinch and needed a storage unit within hours. Zach was amazing! He hooked us up immediately doing everything over the phone. He made the process easy! He even texted us later that night to make sure everything went smoothly. The units are behind a business tucked away. They are behind a locked gate. Highly recommend!

I needed a storage unit ASAP. I spoke with Zack he was friendly and extremely helpful. The process is done over the phone, it was fast and I was accessing my storage unit within 10 mins. The units are spacious and clean. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Recently needed a storage unit and reached out to ohio storage there website was simple but informative which I liked.i got in contact with Zach who helped me throughout the process. He was nice professional and knowledgeable and I had no problem with Any step of the rental process. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a storage unit in the area

I worked with Zach over the summer. It was my first time ever using a storage unit, and he was always helpful and would respond to any of my texts and questions within minutes. The process was a little chaotic, mostly due to problems on my end, but Zach always found a way to help me through everything. I also had the pleasure of briefly interacting with another employee, Beth, who was also very helpful and sweet. If you're a college student in the area looking to store your belongings over the summer, I 100% recommend here!

Diana and Zach were very helpful with me getting my first storage unit. I chose this place because of the reviews and I’m glad I did. We were able to set up everything over phone and email. And I could have started moving in that day. My unit is very clean and there is a security gate so I don’t have to worry about my belongings. Zach checked in with me about a week later to make sure everything went smoothly. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
