The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Beth and Zach made the rental process really easy. They even checked up on me after I moved my stuff in just to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

Easiest process I’ve ever been through to arrange for a storage unit. All handled promptly and over the phone/web. Zach even checked in with me the day my rental started to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We rented a storage space for the first time. Contacted Zach at Ohio Self Storage and he quickly responded with storage space availability.
After discussing parameters, Zach sent us the application and we completed the transaction in about 15 minutes.
When we arrived, the 10x20 space was very clean and was ready to store our items.
Zach has followed up twice to ensure we were satisfied and to answer questions.
Would recommend Ohio Self Storage to anyone.

Highly recommended! Zach was great with getting back to any questions we had, and also very polite. The storage units are nice! Also a nice location. & he Also kept in contact after I got the unit to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything! We got one the same day we contacted him! I love that there is a gate to get in and out that has a code as well!

I highly recommend Ohio Self Storage. I needed storage unit last minute and Zach was very responsive and helpful. He was able to set me up with a storage unit the same day! It was fast no hassle service. The storage unit was very clean and dry when I arrived. I especially like having a gated entrance/exit. Definitely use them you won’t be disappointed!
